Customers can collect their orders from our shop during the following hours:

Tuesday: 10:00am – 4:30pm
Wednesday: 10:00am – 4:30pm
Thursday: 10:00am – 4:30pm
Friday: 10:00am – 4:30pm
Saturday: 10:00am – 4:30pm
Sunday: Closed
Monday: Closed

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for collection. Please bring your order confirmation when collecting.

Local Delivery (Within Our Delivery Radius)

We offer free local delivery within DT1 and a small delivery charge for DT2 postcodes.

Delivery Days & Times

Monday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Tuesday – Saturday: 5:00pm – 6:00pm
Sunday: No deliveries

Order Cut-Off & Estimated Delivery

Tuesday – Saturday:

Order before 3:00pm for same-day delivery (5:00pm – 6:00pm)
Order after 3:00pm for next-day delivery

Monday deliveries (9:00am – 5:00pm)

Orders placed after 3:00pm on Saturday will be delivered on Monday. 
Orders placed on Sunday will be delivered on Monday.

All orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery details are correct to avoid any delays.

Call & Pay on Delivery

To place an order for cash on delivery, please call us on 07759122764.
Payment can be made in cash upon delivery (DT1 & DT2 only). Please ensure the correct amount is available, as drivers may not carry change.

We ship across the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery time: 2–5 working days

Orders are dispatched during our working days (Tuesday–Saturday). You will receive tracking details once your order has been shipped.
